Job Vacancy: Instrumentation Foreman – WWTP / STP / RO

Job Responsibilities
- Supervise instrumentation technicians and coordinate daily maintenance activities.
- Perform installation, calibration, testing, troubleshooting and maintenance of field instruments.
- Maintain flow meters, pressure and level transmitters, process analyzers and control valves.
- Troubleshoot PLC/SCADA systems, control loops, VFDs and automation equipment.
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of WWTP, STP and RO equipment.
- Maintain calibration records and maintenance reports.
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and safety procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Technical Diploma in Instrumentation, Automation, Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a supervisory/foreman role.
- Experience in WWTP, STP, RO or water treatment O&M facilities preferred.
- Strong knowledge of PLC/SCADA, instrumentation and calibration.
- Ability to read P&IDs, wiring diagrams and technical drawings.
- Good leadership, communication and troubleshooting skills.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: QAR 4,000 per month.
- Working Hours: 9 hours daily (8 working hours + 1-hour lunch break).
- Duty: Minimum 12-hour shifts; overtime applicable for additional hours.
